Blake was pleasant and understanding with my frustration due to the lack of organization and staffing of this location. There is no greeter so it makes a very awkward and confusing entrance. And every time I have visited this location, there has been an issue or super long wait every time. Also, in general, a simple warranty maintenence job should not take all day to complete (mine took more than 6 hours). I could've went to an oil changing place and it would take less than 30 minutes.
Marlon Quintanilla was consistently polite, friendly, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to listen to my concerns, clearly explained the needed maintenance, and answered all of my questions with patience and expertise. Love the human customer service. The bot on the phone on the other hand only wastes my time as it cannnot handle simples requests that it isn't scripted for. Still prefer to deal with humans. Marlon has been awesome.

Blake provided excellent service! My car was well taken care of and so was I. I explained my problems, did the paperwork and was on the way home in about 30 minutes. Picking it up was just as easy. Best part was that my car was spotless when i picked it up!
