Lawrence was good, but I have never seen a more unorganized service department before. And I worked at a car dealership for over 25 years. I brought my car in for a recall a few months ago. I waited 2 hours only to find out they didn’t have the part. And I have many other issues with this place.

Danny was professional and laser focused on orchestrating the work in the shop to complete the diagnostic and maintenance services on my wife’s Hyundai Elantra. On a job that originally had a two day turn around time, Danny’s resourcefulness enabled the shop to do the work and get me back on the road on the same day. We couldn’t be more pleased.

I had such a great experience with Douglas originally who took me to the new G.M. , Tim. I made the San Bruno Hyundai Team aware of the terrible service I had at another Hyundai dealership & not service has been at best meh ????.Lawerence took care of me and service, professional and efficient. As I waited around for my vehicle to be service I met Dion, my Salesman $ Joel Sales manager. These two worked like crazy to get me into My New 2025 Tucson SEL. 2nd car purchased at this dealership. They are working as a team and making it happen while La La makes magic with numbers. Thank you, team.
