With a hiccup at first when I arrived, Sherry was extremely helpful in explaining something regarding my service plan that was not revealed at the time of purchase or our previous service. Sherry was great with communication as well. Not to her fault at all, but the check in process for service is horrible. Paper sheet for check in and people waiting a long time to check in for their appointment isn't great. My car key was in the box without a number tag to match up to my vehicle and that took a while to find; I had to find it.

Customer service is terrible. Not honest with the job done.
I had an appointment for 1:00 and waited for 25 minutes before I was helped, even after twice asking if anyone was available. Elizabeth came in and quickly processed the appointment so that I may get home to pick up my children from school.
I would not recommend Hyundai dealership in San Bruno to anyone I know, your staff needs to understand the meaning of communication, I'm totally disappointed
While the Service Writer was very prompt and professional- I found that when looking in my trunk later that day, that my tire repair kit was left sitting out and open! It was obviously inspected but whoever did the job neglected to put it back where it belonged. Other than that the Service visit went smoothly.
Sherry Pandora was an excellent rep.
The problem is with management. When I first called up to schedule my initial service, I had to wait a month and a half to get an appointment. When I brought my vehicle in for service I had an issue I needed to be resolved. I was told only minimal service was offered on Saturdays and that my problem may not be addressed. Sherry to her credit did resolve ky issue.
Management needs to do better with communication and maybe staff up.
