I arrived on time for my 1 PM appointment and then I waited five hours for the computer updates on my car. Having been told that the car would take 2 to 3 hours for servicing, I returned to the shop 3 hours after dropping it off and was told that the service had not even been begun yet. This is unacceptable service.

Not sure my first report on Sherry Pandora ever got sent. Seems your site is quirky. She kept me informed of shop’s progress, gave me choices on services to be performed, got the feeling I was being well looked after. I give her an A+ and I am a UC Davis professor!

On 2/12/25 we had an oil leak on are Tucson 2023 . Mr. Ladue in customer service at San Bruno helped us out. He explained what might be the problem but could not be sure tell his mechanic looked into it.Mr Ladue was very professional and nice. Just one thing we thought our tires was supposed to be rotated but wasn’t. It shows on are contract free tire rotation for 36 months alone with oil change ext. my wife loves her Tucson. Thank you Fred P

Long time to get an appointment. Almost three months. “Free” oil change ending up costing $360. Was a 4 wheel alignment really needed?

The team is excellent, just need to do something with the very long wait time. I came at 1pm and was done at after 5pm for a flat tire. That was my only disappointment
