Danny (Daniel) was personally responsive and caring both during the check-in process and while my car was being serviced, such as keeping me informed about when the car would be ready for pickup. When checking me in, he was clear on what work needed to be done in the car at the current mileage and which pieces of this work are complimentary and which ones aren’t. I am pleased with how the car runs now. When I asked Danny about whether the servicing team will be able to charge my car (since it had only 50 miles charge), he said no because the team has only five Level 2 chargers and that charging takes time. I found it ironic and disappointing that Hyundai, which has one of the best selling EVs, does not have fast chargers in its servicing shops! I highly recommend that Hyundai Servicing charge the EV cars to 80% after finishing the servicing, just like you do with a complimentary washing and cleaning of the car.
George was great! He was very helpful. He took care of ordering a Lyft ride for me both ways.

I was completely satisfied with the work of Elizabeth Czahar. She’d be a star on any team. She went the extra mile. And your manager is a decent guy. But it was obvious that your service department was overwhelmed and didn’t have the staffing or resources to adequately meet the needs of the customers who were there. When arrived in time for my appointment, I was told to sign in and they would call me. One person sitting nearby told me he had signed in 25 minutes earlier and still hadn’t been called. That is nowhere near what I would expect from a quality dealer. I spoke up and was able to drop off my keys and leave. But I couldn’t get an Uber at your location because Uber didn’t recognize the location. You do a good job of selling cars and a poor job of servicing them. You were saved by Elizabeth who went the extra mile to communicate with me and to make me feel supported when I returned to pick up my vehicle.
