I believe that a courtesy ride should be provided if someone has to wait more than three hours. No one should have to wait that long. For example, my appointment was at 9:00 AM, and I didn't leave until 2:25 PM. I understand that Hyundai stopped providing courtesy rides in January, but I urge you to reconsider and reinstate this service. Please don't follow the airlines' example in this regard.

We had to wait 4+ hours for Hyundai to just say they needed to order a part. And in the end they didn’t even get the information they needed as I got an email asking for info from the car. There was no explanation of why it took so long.
