We did not receive satisfactory service. Advisor Daniel never answered calls or messages, nor did he want to explain what the problem was with the car.

It's not Elizabeth's fault. I really liked Elizabeth and she continued to contact me with updates. The issue was with your quoting system. I kept getting the wrong pricing. I knew that it wasn't correct because Elizabeth and I spoke about the amount over the phone. You need a better system to send to customers.
Came in for a routine oil change and tire rotation on a newer vehicle (2022). First thing I was told was my “name was on the wrong list” even though I was not told there was a list for Hyundai or Genesis. Finished checking in 11:40am (appointment at 11am), and was told the expected time my car would be ready was around 3pm (taking into consideration lunch 12-1pm). No problem! Around 3pm I received a text saying mechanics were behind and it would be another hour (4pm). Okay! I received a message 3:45pm that my car would be ready in 15 minutes. I went to pick up my car and I overheard the person assisting me say “What do you mean? Where is her car? She will be here any minute!”. I thought… wow, that stinks for whoever that is. Turns out it was my car. The technicians hadn’t even STARTED the servicing. I waited another hour in the lounge for my car to be finished. The person assisting me said “I am so sorry, this is really embarrassing”. I appreciated the apology but altogether unprofessional (agree “embarrassing”), poor communication and unnecessary waiting. I will not be returning.
1) first available appointment for ABS campaign recall was 3 months out
2) initial conversation with representative on phone regarding recall service was completely incorrect
3) second phone conversation indicated parts would need to be ordered in advance.
4) day of service-no signage indicating where to park
5) initial meeting with service writer seemed promising. However, she did not explain the recall service until I asked. When I learned it was just a fuse, I thought the service would be reasonably quick like an hour or so especially since I had an appointment. I was very wrong as it took 2 1/2 hours.
6) the recall service included a multi point inspection which I thought was very generous until I saw the electronic inspection report which said “no problems found”. I alerted the service writer that I knew my passenger wiper blade was split and a piece was hanging off. Therefore how could the inspection report show the wipers as green. She said the technician said that he did a complete inspection and she wanted me to show her the wipers. We walked to the car and she said “yes the wiper blade was definitely split and the technician should have caught it in his report”. I asked to speak to the service manager. She responded “ he doesn’t work Wednesdays, that’s his day off and there was no manager on duty.” It was obvious she just wanted me to leave and drive away.
