The service advisor Mr. Danny Ladue is very helpful and sincere about giving you the best service possible,the problem is with your lazy mechanics.It took them 6 hrs.just to put a new sticker on the seatbelt due to a recall. I waited that long just for that job. Very disappointing.Never again will I be availing for your service.I have more bad experience to tell but, I have no time to right now.Sorry but, I just had a very bad experience with your service dept.

Your service team is wonderful and head and shoulders above some of the luxury brand car dealerships in SF.
The service itself was done well, and I have no complaints regarding the repairs—thank you for that. However, I feel the communication could have been significantly better. I called multiple times for updates but was unable to get through, and my calls were not returned. I understand the team may be busy, but I would’ve appreciated communication via text, which I had mentioned a few times. Despite that, updates continued to come via email, and even those were infrequent and mostly in response to emails I sent.
Additionally, when I picked up the car, it hadn’t been washed. I was told this was because the windshield glue needed time to set and that I could return for a wash. However, the windshield repair had been completed at least four days earlier. Since I live in San Francisco, returning to San Bruno just for a car wash isn’t practical. While that’s a relatively minor issue, my main concern remains the lack of consistent communication.
Alicia greeted with a warm welcome and smile. She explained throughly what was to happen with my car. Though I reached out myself to ask for a status update for my car by email, Alicia responded in a timely manner. She was helpful and to have my car back same day vs San Jose Hyundai Service Center, (a horrible experience)I will ONLY go to San Bruno Service Center.
After shut down, the fan is running for about 3~3&1/2 minutes on three different level of sounds.
It's been bothering me a lot.
I'd like to know if there's a way to stop this kind of behavior of my car.
I'd like someone else than Danny to assist me as an advisor, please.

Tech thought my car was in the maintenance bay, she told me to come back in two hours. I came back 2.5 hours later. I pointed out my car was still in same place and please tell me it was done. She realized then it never went in, I had to wait another hour. Did not seem to be able to track.
Danny was cordial and answered all my questions.

Warranty was not satisfactory
Alicia did a great job and was very professional. I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation; however, I respectfully believe that a three hour wait was a bit too long. Otherwise, I was appreciative.
