Not a happy experience this time.i was told one of wheel rims was broken and I was advised to change the rim before doing any driving for my safety sake. I decline. It turns out that rim had minor scratches on the surface. I was shocked when I was told I needed a rim right away. A tire center just changed our tires and there were no rim issues raised.

Danny was amazing! He took my concerns seriously and made sure they were all addressed. He asked clarifying questions, was meticulous in recording the concerns and had me test drive with the service team to make sure the issues were resolved.

I brought my car in for a recall update. I got there at 10 am for a 10:30 am appt. I was told by my rep that the car would be ready in the mid-afternoon, so I went home. I didn't get an update call until 5:30 pm, with the news that the part hadn't arrived and that the car would have to stay overnight. I had called earlier in the day for an update, but my calls went directly to voicemail, with no response. I expected an update call much earlier in the day, just to tell me what was going on. Nothing. The next day I heard nothing from my rep, and had to call twice, just to get an update. The car being held overnight was totally inconvenient, but the real issue here is the lack of communication. A 20 second update call would have sufficed.

Thank-you for the excellent service that was performed on my Hyundai Elantra 2015. Now my car ride is very smooth and quiet. I was impressed with my advisor David L.!who patiently listened to my questions and concerns about my car. He was very helpful with his answers and advices for the maintenance of my car. Good job!
