The service associate was nice and welcoming and the service itself went well. However, it was supposed to take a day at most, but I had to leave my car for two full days because they barely responded to my calls. The worst part of my experience was the responsiveness. I called tge service department more than ten times and every time they transferred my call to the service associate, Alicia, and she didn’t pick up the phone.I even left her voicemail and no response. After so many calls without any answer, she called back and told me the car is ready. But, it was already two days of uncertainty which affected my plans.

It took 3+ hours to rotate tires. That’s not reasonable and we were led to believe it would be quicker. They forgot about us while we waited.
Yes I was not satisfied I brought my car in up on the warranty I explained to the service woman I want everything done that's covered up under my warranty she said okay it was not done I didn't ask for anything else just was on the warranty then when I go to pick it up nothing's done Plus that's what it'd be washing vacuum it was only worse it wasn't a vacuum bad experience bad service unprofessional
I have not heard anything regarding the status of repairs today as was promised. My ioniq5 with the 12v issue was towed to your facility about 2 days back in inoperable condition. I do not have any other mode of transport available and the lack of communication and estimate on repair is making things very difficult. When I interacted with Daniel he was cordial and did say that they were swamped with work. He did leave a message on April 30 asking me to call back. I did so almost as soon as I received his voicemail and there was no answer so I left a voice message for him asking for a call back.

I made the service appointment because I received a message that my rear camera was being recalled. When I made the appointment, I told your employee that I was coming to get my rear camera replaced due to the recall.
Yesterday afternoon, I received text at 3:43 stating that my car was ready for pickup and that the parts for the recall had not been in stock. My car had been at the dealership for almost 7 hours and that was the first I was hearing about the lack of parts. I should never have been able to make the appointment if I was not going to get my recall fixed. It was a waste of my time, gas, and money. I expect compensation for my unsatisfactory experience.

I noticed that there were some no-shows for that day. Since there is a long lead time for service appointments, it would be helpful if in such cases you can reach out to those on a waitlist to see if they’d want to come in
An employee had to be askd to help two others that were assisting clients but he didn't know his password to process a payment. The whole think took about 40 minutes but it does not comes across as a well organized shop.
