Alicia and Elizabeth were absolutely amazing. Elizabeth should be a general manager and Alicia should be the supervisor. These women got things done. I’ve been trying to get my car fixed at San Bruno Hyundai for three years unfortunately the rental car was not provided and the other management acted like they were doing me a favor when in fact, this was a recall by Hyundai Elizabeth and Alicia made things happen. They cared about the situation. They put it into action and boom. My car looks amazing. I’m waiting on one more approval for a small spot to be painted because it was a factory mistake. They use the wrong paint in Kentucky at the factory and I’m hoping that this gets approved that will be the final icing on my car And my car looks amazing. Thank you to Elizabeth and Alicia. These ladies deserve a raise. They deserve a promotion they deserve recognition.

They forgot to put the right amount of oil back in my car after my oil change and my car broke down on the highway. I appreciate you fixing it but I’m worried some permanent damage has been done and I’m wondering what you all might be able to do to make it right. I don’t think this was Sherry’s fault by the way - she is great and seems overworked!
Start implementing a better system for appointments. If a person is slotted a certain time, then it should be prioritized.

Service on my Ioniq 5 took two full days, instead of one. I suspect that's because Alicia was absent on Monday and that my work order was left inactive for that reason. I left numerous voice messages asking when to expect my car, and was answered, if at all, only by vague texts. Pretty sloppy all around.
She was excellent! I wish my tire could have been fixed with only 8,000 miles of wear, but that’s life. I had to come back a second day because the mechanic forget to repair a gear shift part. Alicia was happy to send me home and back using Lyft. The car was even washed. I feel she as well as the dealership went beyond the norm.
Danny was extremely helpful, professional, courteous and timely with his assistance. We were quite impressed with his excellent customer service. Hyundai should be proud to have such an amazing service technician
