Sherry was great but I waited 50 mins before I got to see Sherry. My 9:30 appt became 10:10. Only 2 advisors on a busy day!! Sherry was nice to get me r/t Lyft service and I didn’t get my car back til 4:30. I was annoyed my car wasn’t even vacuumed. Was it even washed? H

I waited 40 minutes to get checked in and then was informed that the free maintenance only applied to some of the required maintenance for the car I was told that I would hear from the representative about the car either by 11:30 or around 1:30. I finally called at about three and had to leave a message. The call back came shortly thereafter telling me my car was ready. I don’t know when anyone planned to call me but I felt that I could probably have picked the car up earlier but no one bothered to let me know. A wasted afternoon. Very frustrating and disrespectful.

The service center did not reset the service notice on my car nor did they fill the low washer fluid notice. These notices were on prior to my bringing the car in and they were not addressed. Additionally they did not contact my husband in a timely manner when the car was done. He was waiting for the car.
I had a dead 12v battery and my Ioniq 6 had to be jump-started twice. I drove it to San Bruno Hyumdai on a walk in basis and they were able to do a quick diagnosis on the 12v battery and then replaced it as a warranty item with no charge to me. Although I had to wOt 3 hours for it to be done, I'm glad it was taken care of without an appointment.
