George is fantastic, but location is severely understaffed. Everyone there runs around trying to do the work of 3 people, and customers have to wait ages for simple things like dropping off a car for a prearranged service. Hire more people!
Elizabeth and Sherry were great!! Awesome service! Although I still need my key fob “key” to be cut. Phone me anytime so I can bring my key in to be cut.

Sadly, very poor communication overshadowed any potential for a positive experience. After dropping my car off, there was no communication for two days. When I called, the only person I talked with most was the lady in Monterey who connects the calls. I'm sorry but Danny Ladue (though respectful when we talked the few times) was very inconsistent with keeping me informed on the status of my car. I had to keep rescheduling my rental car or switch to a different one because he would not give me an intelligible date for me to estimate the rental. Honestly, I'm nervous that this poor communication will be reflected in the condition of my car. At least I used Hyundai parts so there is a warranty. :/ Sad that that is my consolation. I would not take my car here again.

Daniel was professional but you did not have enough people working. Please consider overhauling the service department operations. Your office is disorganized and poorly managed. The employees seem like they're trying to make customers happy but I have had consistently disorganized experiences at this location. I waited to see the only Hyundai staff member for 30 minutes while several other employees seemed to stand around doing nothing. I can go on and on but this seems like a wasted opportunity. Somebody step up and turn that office into an efficient and reliable service team.
