Danny Ladue is not only the best person I have interacted with at any car company, he is one of my favorite people I have interacted with at any business! He was incredibly good and efficient with his job, gave excellent and well reasoned recs on the extra services to pay for (I accepted all of them), and his personality was a delight (he was truly kind, warm, and even made me laugh on many occasions!). Not only was the servicing of the car an incredible experience, I am actively looking forward to the next one! Excellent above and beyond servicing experience!

Only half the required work was completed. It wasn’t Daniel’s fault. In all regards he exceeded expectations, but the work carried out on the vehicle was incomplete.

Left my new car to have some work done to repair damage done before I took possession of the car - crime strip on drivers side passenger door was deeply scratched up. brought it to service and they said they would do it as a warranty repair, etc. as they should since I had had the car for a month, etc. Just took a closer look at repair and it is not done well. Crime trim does not line up with driver’s door and it is bumpy and uneven. Will call to see what can be done as it does not look right or new.
Danny was very thorough and communicated throughout the process. The timeframe waiting for the vehicle was acceptable and he was very personable and made sure I was comfortable while waiting g for the car. Thank you!
