I would've appreciated earlier notification of short staff so that I could reschedule my appointment, rather than come and need to return.
Problem not fixed..will bring car back
I don't like how I have to pay for transportation because of your slow **** service when it's a recall. 3 to 4 but probably 6 hours to install a software update that involves plugging a USB drive into vehicle according to the service advisor. Tech failed to reattach the cabin air filter cover after inspection. It was left loose in the front bay under below the container. I only noticed this because the vehicle **** the bed for unknown reasons and drained the 12V battery the next day. I discovered it while accessing the battery to charge it. On the positive side, the tech made replacing the cabin air filter 10 seconds faster.
Maybe next time, tell your customer upfront of how long the wait time is, because I wasted my 3 hours sitting in the waiting area thinking my car is going to be done soon but when I checked it outside, it was still untouched. My appointment was 8:45AM and I was able to pick up my car at 3:30PM. Today when I opened my trunk I saw they used the wheel locks and 1 was missing. I need it return. Let me know how. Thank you.

On time, courteous, clearly defined jobs that shop would do, timely contact when car was ready ( called and message), and car washed.

It was simple oil change and I picked up my car 6 hours later . I wasn’t happy with my sales man at all ! I missed my old sales man ( John) …… I have a 30,000 thousand mile check up next time , I don’t that I would like to come back !!!!!! ????????????
My wait times were better than the last couple visits but when someone has an appointment for a certain time, it would be nice to be able to be serviced at that time or close to it (within 15 mins) and pickup took longer but still a little better than previous times.
I actually had a nice experience with this service. I’m glad it didn’t take 5 hrs again since I was waiting. Alicia was very pleasant and approachable.

George was efficient and knowledgeable. I am not happy with the tire pressure however - - 3 are at 35 and one at 34; the recommended pressure is 36.
He works with a mentality of making sure that every customer has an outstanding experience with Hyundai. He holds himself and coworkers to the highest standards of customer care. He is very thorough in explaining the process and maintenance options.

The wait was long and only one agent working. Not sure why the others could not help and what they were doing. Overall it felt very disorganized. Also the uber rides was only provided free for one way. ????
