Daniel Ladue did an amazing job! Great customer service and great overall experience!
Daniel was a great service provider. He was very helpful when dealing with my vehicle and helped to counter the overall not great service experience from the severely understaffed location. Unfortunately the service experience as a whole at this location has much to be improved. There are long delays to get to customers and it took 3 hours for a simple tire rotation.

Danny was amazing! He was working extremely hard to help me out and I appreciate him greatly! The service center is just too crowded and too expensive. The timeline to get my car was too long.

Scheduling with an administrator means that there is no update on recommended work. This leads to so many surprises at the time of arrival. I had indicated I would wait but on arrival I was told it was 5h work.
It takes 4 to 6 weeks to get an appointment. One to two weeks to do a diagnosis. It took 10 days to fix my trouble.The service department need to be expanded and better communication

Danny was very thorough. He explained everything fully and worked with us to get the job done. When the technician walked out in the middle of working on our car, he had another technician start our car over again to make sure it was done right.

I’m not completely satisfied, service department needs a lot of improvement. I assumed that my vehicle was ready to be pick up by the time promise in the afternoon. But it was not even done any work the whole day I left my vehicle in the morning. This is the second time it happened. Really disappointed. I was not even provided or offered any courtesy vehicle.
after receiving phone call that my car was ready for pick up, upon arrival I was not properly directed to the provider assigned and found after waiting for a very long time, and I happened to find that key is readily available. No customer service, confusion on the service provider. It was really frustrating.
