So, so many problems. First available appointment date was over a month away and was scheduled for 7 AM. When it finally came and I went to the service center (at 6:50 AM), nobody was there. Nobody showed up until 7:30 AM. They were fine but didn't seem particularly apologetic (or even surprised). No shuttle or loaner as my work was 12 miles away. Ubered to work. When I came to pick up my car, they had just noted that filters and fluids should be replaced, but didn't actually do it. Said they messaged me about it, but all I had got was a generic text message with a link to a login. They said it would only take 10 minutes to do, so obviously I had to wait 20 minutes until it finished. Again, no apologies or anything. Was late picking up my daughter from school. Overall a terrible experience, but hopefully the actual car service is OK. Car wash was nice.

Service was scheduled without part in hand, plus struggle to get loaner since car will be at shop extended time. Finally agree to get loaner but week later part arrive car is fixed. When picked up it was easy check out and I took off with my car then noticed all functions are changed in car. Still figuring out to get back to what it was. Understands at dealer they knowledgeable in car Sale & functionality of car but as new car owner it’s hard to figure out & being first time ev owner in less than month very difficult to get back on track.
I have been with Hyundai for the past nine years, and when this office first opened in 2022, I was really happy since it’s the closest to my home. Elizabeth handled the service for my Sonata and once for my IONIQ. However, 2–3 times I had to work with other advisors while she was out, and two of them failed to address my issues.
For example, a routine tire rotation and inspection took four hours just to tell me that a part needed to be ordered. On another visit, I was given a 7:30 appointment but wasn’t attended to until an hour later, only to be told I’d have to wait another 3–4 hours—so I left.
Elizabeth followed up afterward, arranged a loaner, and got the issue fixed—almost 11 months after I leased the car. This was a manufacturing defect that had prevented me from using a convenient feature available only on the Limited trim. Thanks to her efforts, it finally got resolved.
Raffi was professional and personable. My expected advisor was busy and Raffi stepped forward to help me. I really appreciated his concern.
