The representative was excellent, great communication, knowledgeable and customer focused. The waiting area was great —I worked there for a few hours while my car was being serviced.
Alicia was promoted in attending to my service request. I got out of the service center in just a few mins after dropping off my car. She also sent me a quick email when it’s time to pick the car up. Overall, very friendly, professional.

Daniel was very good, so my response is not based on how he worked with me. The frustration was due to not being informed ahead of time that a bumper inspection that would take hours was needed in addition to the Marking Inspection and Sticker installation. Finding that out only when I got there completely changed the scheduling of my day. I should have been informed in advance, not at 7:30 AM when checking in.
Lawrence was very courteous and provided excellent customer service.
