The team seems understaffed and overworked. I don’t have any particular complaints about David but it’s just my observation. I was able to get in and out quickly for my drop off and pick up.
My initial impression was not great. The signage to get to the service center from the parking area in Tanforan is quite poor and confusing. So I arrived a bit later than my appointment. Then I waited and sat around for awhile just to get registered, but after Omar was assigned to me, the service and response time improved significantly.

Alicia was great, I forget the other ladies name that was located by the door, I she called me and took care of me 11 out of ten for both ladies. The person that sits next to Alicia was excellent made me want to come to this store. Like like the person that helped me get in my car both times. The manager is the reason I would come back. The Ladies had the Best customer service.
