$1250 for 15K service? I was on time for my appointment, but waited over 30 min. After service was “finished”, the infotainment tells me service is due. If you can’t be bothered to reset the service monitor, how can I be sure that every part of the inflated $1250 service was completed? Totally unacceptable.

Service is always a complete nightmare, massive delays, poor communication and rude service. Needed to repeatedly escalate to manager to finally get car checked and fixed after 2 weeks. I would hesitate to buy another Hyundai because of the poor service.

It took 3 weeks to diagnose & fix my temp sensor light. Really? Makes me seriously wonder about Hyundai’s engineering and their diagnostics. I’m inclined NOT to consider a new lease when this comes up. The laoner car was appropriate. The car drop off /pick up at my house too was appreciated
