The recall work was done well and within the time I was quoted, yet I also needed someone to help setup a digital key for my Ioniq 6. This issue was not resolved at the service department nor at the sales department. I am quite frustrated with not be able to have a digital key. I am paying for Blue link and expect to have this available and working.

Oscar was great. Quick to look at my car and the reason for my visit. It was really busy, at least 20 cars waiting. He suggested I go home and that they would give me a ride, but I had to work and could not leave my car. He advised me of the wait time and that he would do his best to get me out. As quick as possible. Despite the busyness of your day, I was out of there in 2 hours. I could take my car to the dealership in Fremont, but I’ve been so impressed with your customer service that I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. Thanks Oscar! Keep up the good work!
