I brought my car in to address a specific issue and to get its first service. Was recovering from medical issue that made it difficult to talk. Oscar took care of me and made the entire process very easy easy
Terrible service, they never answer the phone and I left my car for four days supposedly to be inspected. Today, Friday, I went to pick it up because they hadn't done anything and I paid for a rental car for nothing because they never even checked my car. What terrible service and a waste of time!
Danny went over everything about what service I was getting and services I've already had as complimentary. He also went over what was recommended for my car. He was very thorough and knew his job. He was veey accommodating. He took his time and answered all my questions. He not only addressed all my concerns, but he went above and beyond. He greeted me outside when I arrived and walked me out when I picked up my car. We need more people like Danny.

Elizabeth went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. She arranged transportation to and from our residence so I didn't have to wait at the service center. She also inspected the car and answered all my questions about the service. She is a great employee for Hyundai.

As far as customer service and sincerity, Elizabeth is second to none. I appreciate her proactivity in communicating with me all of the different details throughout my Hyundai visit. She has a happy demeanor and is naturally easy to talk to. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions for future visits. I look forward to taking my car in so that she can take care of things because I know it’s in good hands. Other representatives will be wise to learn from her.
Bought a $6 ,ooo service contract and it didn’t apply to my cracked mirror . Took 5 visits 4 of which were unnecessary 1 - had to order it , could have done it on ph. 2- called me that you had mirror ,came up wasn’t painted .
3 - came up and was quoted $1500 for labor and $400 for paint .4- scheduled past Monday to came up to discuss w/ service manager and Danny ( he was off ) service contract and was re quoted $2,900 for labor .
The mirror works just needs reattachment .
Alicia was very helpful. Looking forward to seeing her next time I bring my car in to be serviced.
