Liz was overwhelmed with a long line of customers who had scheduled service appointments for Saturday. We waited approximately 30–40 minutes just to drop off our car. We were told the vehicle would be ready for pickup around 1:45 PM and that we would receive a text or phone call when it was ready. By 4:30 PM, we still had not received any notification, so we decided to come in person. Unfortunately, we encountered the same situation—an exhausted Liz managing another long line, this time for pickups. As first-time service customers, we were very disappointed with the appointment and time management. Additionally, the service included a car wash and vacuuming; however, the interior was not vacuumed, and we noticed a scratch on the exterior after the wash.

You scheduled my service appointment several days after I called. That in itself was very positive. The service was completed in record time. thank you

The service representative asked me to pay the service fee of $258 as I picked my car. She said the fuse had blown out due to over loading. I asked her to show me the evidence. She brought the technician, who plugged the dash camera working and said the same reason for service charge. I told him I only put a dash camera on it. Then I asked if the fuse was directly connected to the 12v outlet. He told me it was through a board. I told him it was the issue on the board. He said the third party device would course the fuse blown out. I asked him to show me the evidence. He said after ha replaced the fuse and run the car for 30 minutes with the camera plugged in, the fuse blown out again. He had to put the second fuse on. I asked if the user manual said no third party device was allowed to the outlet. He said it did not prohibit. Then he suggested let me take the car without payment this time, but if it burned out next time, I had to pay. It is obvious that he did not find the root cause for the burned fuse, but only replaced it twice. I suspect the fuse would burn again some time in the future.

You had my car for 3 weeks between December 16 and January 8. Over that time I did not get one update on the status. I left 3 text messages, 2 voicemails and stopped by on a Saturday when I was driving by and was told I would get a call the following Monday. No proactive outreach at all from the service dept. The only call I got was a return call after I called and the receptionist realized my car was ready and told me they would call. Another example of the overall poor customer service I have received from this service dept.

I came back after told all work was done and I was good to come get my car. I came back a couple hours later to pick up my car and pay and it took a full hour to be able to pay and get my car. They told me they found something wrong with my car covered under warranty and that I could come back Friday at 8am to have it fixed bc the parts would be in then. I was told the reason it took a full hour is bc they needed to confirm my appointment for Friday. However, I never received a text or email confirmation and when calling days later I was told I didn’t have an appointment. I understand it being busy but an hour is very long just to pick up my car. I’m a little unhappy with being verbally told I had an appointment that wasn’t confirmed, because if I hadn’t called back I would have come in, and wasted my time, including having to take off work.

This criticism has nothing to do with Elizabeth who helped me. She did helped me the very best she could despite haven’t to be working with 3 other customers at the very same time. She did her best to juggle that situation. She should have been given help.
