Elizabeth Czahar was great and responsive. However it was frustrating not to be able to speak with a person, any person, when I called to check up on my car, etc. I don't like how the phone system keeps. you from speaking to a live person. Also, it seems that the service department is so busy that it can't properly handle all of its customers needs. It need to be expanded or open up a new satellite location (both of which I know are expensive). The service dept is not keep up with the popularity of the brand.
I’m very dissatisfied with the service I received from Daniel at Hyundai San Bruno. From the beginning, it felt like he didn’t care about my new Santa Cruz at all. My concerns were not taken seriously, and nothing moved forward until I escalated the issue to the manager. Only after speaking with the manager was the situation resolved the same evening.
What made the experience worse was Daniel telling me that he and everyone working on my car “stayed after hours” to fix it, as if that was something I should feel grateful for. That’s unacceptable and unprofessional. This experience has completely lost my trust, and I will never bring my car back to this service department.
My wife and I were at the service center from 9:45am to 2pm to get the minimum service (oil change) for 2 new vehicles.
We had little toddlers at home waiting for us the whole time. That’s 3/4th of a workday and both of us basically wasted an entire day.
Elizabeth is great but the service shop really needs to get its act together.
A scheduled maintenance, with no problems on the car, was brought in at 9:10 am. I was given an estimate of 3 to 4 hours, so I planned my lunch break accordingly. I wasn't called until 5:04 pm A very embarrassing display on the part of Hyundai.
Elizabeth was great! Waiting for the next step for my car.
Elizabeth (Liz) Czahar at the San Bruno location went above and beyond to assist me with a flat tire on Christmas Eve. Although I was initially unable to reach a live representative in the service department, I left a voicemail for Liz and received an immediate return call. She was personable, compassionate, and genuinely committed to helping resolve the issue. I am very grateful to her and the entire team for their support, especially during the holiday season.
Daniel was great. Explained the process and potential costs. Was very knowledgeable about automotive issues. Definitely one of the folks you call when you need someone dependable and trustworthy.

Elizabeth was absolutely fantastic, highly accountable to provide a reasonable timeline for the repair, transparent with information and timely with updates. She was true to her commitment to have my car repaired over the holiday period, despite a shortage of technicians during this time. Elizabeth is an amazing Service Advisor.

You charged me and then didn’t do the service you charged for, and didn’t even check! I had to go to the car to pick it up to find out! How do you miss that! Now I have to go back and get the parts put in, or chargeback my card, which I still might do. Also you have no email and don’t reply. Super sketch.
I was not provided with a loaner. The service managers put me on the waitlist. It would’ve have been great to get it reserved before my arrival for the appointment date or have more vehicles available.
I waited approximately three hours for a yearly oil change. For a routine service, this was excessive and did not meet my expectations.
This was my first time to Hyundai San Bruno for regular maintenance. My advisor, Elizabeth is wonderful, professional and knowledgeable. She patiently answered all my questions. She kept me updated with the progress. When I picked up the car, she would get in my car and checked my system to ensure the job was done right. I would definitely go back and ask for Elizabeth again.
Elizabeth was awesome. She explained the whole process to me and made me feel comfortable at the service center. When the car was going to take a while to service, Elizabeth ordered a Lyft for me to wait at home which I very much appreciated.
