Liz was great but I brought my car in at 9:30 in the morning and it wasn’t done until almost 5 PM. It should’ve been done in 3 to 4 hours and I couldn’t get things done in the afternoon that I had planned. I think you guys need to get more staff. But again Liz was great and I appreciate getting my car serviced.

Too slow… the initial estimate was 3-4 days and it ended up taking 3 whole weeks!!

Oscar was very professional and friendly. He made me feel very comfortable in the process of the warranty work I was going through. He was excellent at calling me and keeping me up-to-date on the process of my car being worked on he made me feel very comfortable with Hyundai and I look forward to doing more business with Oscar.

Oscar was great, he explained the process and time it would take to complete the job. However, wasn't too pleased with the fact I had a 1pm appointment only to find out the technicians were on lunch and what should have taken 1 hour, according to the person who made my appointment, ended up taking 2 1/2 hours.

I made an appointment, dropped my car off and was told it would take a half day..I called and spoke to an Ai call taker, got no call back, came by and the work had not even been started. I took my car back so no actual service was done
