was terrible! second time been there and both terrible! I make an appointment when I got there I was treated like I just walk in! none of the request was ready! Then she tried to have me do services I didn’t request for! no one respond when I sent messages! Communication are terrible I wouldn’t recommend your place to anyone!
Liz Czahar is an EXCEPTIONAL service rep. She went above and beyond to insure my car would be serviced, despite a major oversight by another service rep. Liz corrected the error,displayed true professionalism, and made me feel like a valued Hyundai client.

Was told the car would be ready Monday afternoon after dropping off for our appointment Monday morning. Just needed basic service and some software recalls addressed. Could not even get an update on status until after 4 pm Tuesday. Once we got ahold of her she was very helpful. Please encourage your associates to communicate better. It would have helped enormously just to know the car wouldn't be ready until Tuesday night.
I was unable to efficiently find out when my car would be ready. I called at least 5 times over two days only to find out it was ready the day before (or was it?). Then when I picked up my car, there was a part missing - cargo cover. Then I inspected my car in the sunlight and saw damage in at least two areas.
