Blake was great. But the processes and my ability to reach the service department were terrible. You need a complete evaluation as if you were a customer.
Blake Hoffman was outstanding. He went above and beyond. I got in early and he took care of me even just coming in. As soon as I arrived he confirmed that he’ll take care of me. He suggested a few things that needed to be done besides the normal Manufacture maintenance. Then got me a Lyft home and to return to pick up my car. Also he called as soon as it was done. That has never been done. He also had my paperwork & keys ready on his desk. He was just returning from lunch as returned and continued assuring everything was taken care of. I hope he takes care of me next maintenance. Thanks Blake!

I showed up for my appointment at 8am, checked in and wasn’t served until 8:40am when I had to go remind the representative myself. I was then told that the car would be ready before noon and that I would be called/told. I stayed in the service center the entire time, and by 1pm I hadn’t seen the representative for well over half an hour. I checked in with another employee who told me he’d get back to me in 5 minutes, then promptly forgot. Finally, after another 30 minutes (it was 1:30pm at that point) I went to the Genesis representative who was very helpful and told me my car had been ready for a while, and escorted me to it. By that point the Hyundai representative still hadn’t been back.
This is awful customer service, with the exception of the Genesis representative who was beyond helpful.
