We're not happy with our experience with Madison. We felt like we were doing her job. We had to keep calling to ask for updates. They set up to calling the service center always led to an AI bot. Madison's direct line, we'd leave voicemails and never receive the call back. On March 13th we were told that The part necessary for my repair delivered. I called the parts department and confirm. I've been called Madison and she said that my vehicle should be done the next week. The following Wednesday my wife followed up after 4 hours of trying to get a hold of someone and Madison then said that it would be done the following week. After a back and forth and multiple calls and complaints we were able to get our vehicle finished the week we were initially promised. Thankfully the service manager did make us feel valued. Otherwise we wouldn't bring our business back to this San Bruno Hyundai

Blake provided an excellent service by detailing each item that was done with my vehicle. He kept me posted on any changes or updates regarding the service. He stayed past the closing hours to make sure that my vehicle has completed all necessary work and checks and that it was safe to be driven. Thank Blake for the great service!

Service at San Bruno was great! They took care of my vehicle and I even got a car wash. They completed the service on time and I was notified early that the car was ready.
