Poor estimate of service time, not setting expectations with customer (me) and poor communication. Service center manager, Mike, was very good and communicated well about next steps. They are clearly overwhelmed and need support to deliver customer service. It’s not the people, it’s the situation / tools available to them.

Danny is the epitome of professionalism! I continue to come back to Hyundai San Bruno due to his consistently high quality customer service. He answered all of my questions. He took care of my check in quickly (while managing other customers), kept me updated on the status of my service and made sure to walk me out to my vehicle. Will continue to book appointment with Danny! I also appreciate the free wifi and coffee in the lobby while waiting. Look forward to seeing the new facilities.

First Hyundai service visit and happy to have Blake. He was very pleasant to work with. He was attentive to my questions, made time to explain about the findings per inspection. He was honest with the possible wait time, and offered fob key duplication, body repair that may be considered. He still is to send the quotes for the tire, key duplication and body repair info. Overall, he gave great customer service.

Blake was very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient and genuinely cared about my experience, double-checking on prior services so that I didn’t duplicate services unnecessarily. He also provided timely and informative communication, which has been an issue with past service appointments. I’ll definitely return for my next service.
