During the checkup, the cabin air filter was taken out and not put back properly. The glove box was left in a disassembled state.
We called repeatedly over three days and never received a call back from Danny, despite numerous assurances that he will call by the end of the business day.
Eventually, I had to find out myself (on YouTube!) how to put the cabin air filter back and reassemble the glove box. I did it myself as you guys were never going to help.
The level of services was low.

Oscar repeatedly claimed the issue has been fixed. When taken on a test drive to prove that's not the case, he started saying things like "that's just how these cars are built" and such trying to convince me it's not a real issue. The car rattling is unbearable, I'm consulting with a lawyer. This is the nth time I'm bringing the car to this dealership and I have nothing but disappointment to show for it.

My car now pulls to the left and I noticed that none of the tire pressures match. I have one at 40 one at39, 38 and 36.

Lerrysa is very communicative. She kept me informed about everything. She has a very calm demeanor that instills confidence in the customer that everything will be taken care of. She is pleasant and professional, which is rare to find in the service industry today.
My service with Madison was great. My service with Elizabeth was very unprofessional. She never returned my calls (3 seperate occasions, I finally had to come into the store to speak with her), and asked me how to format a document for an estimate and what to put on it.
The wait took a while but the staff were friendly. Blake was great with providing updates and transparency.
