I had a Monday appt at 11 placed via the non human digital assistant. After a 25 minute drive to the dealership, I was told the routine maintenance would take until 4 b/c 2 mechanics hadn’t come work. Could I come the next day? When I did come back a 2nd time, things went smoothly. Madison was helpful and professional. One thing more: the paperwork indicated a wash and vacuum was included. It wasn’t. Not a great experience overall.

Oscar was very professional and accommodated my needs. As I was a ‘walk-in’, he quickly signed me in and got my car quickly serviced. After it was done he explained the service I received. Hyundai went the extra mile, vacuuming and washing the car.

All services were completed on my car and I believe everything was done correctly. The protective door for my cabin air filter was left out on the floor, there are two new scratches on the front and rear passenger side doors, and there was a cigarette pack (not mine) found on the floor.
