I would say I went in for my second service since I had to car. Service writer Show me a sheet for for 15000 miles.What may be required I told not at this time. He was great because he wasn't pushy about things . You only think I could say is They forgot to put my sticker from the next time.I have to do an oil change . Other than that everything was great .

Accused me of repainting the bumper because the paint doesn't "seem" right to the tech when I brought the car in for a faulty ultrasonic senor. Therefore denying warranty fix.

Ernie should be the Face of El Monte Hyundai. This young man displayed GREAT customer service. I have not seen customer service like that in years. He was professional, courteous, respectful and made the entire process enjoyable. This man deserves a raise in salary.
I had to wait an additional 40 mins for final paper work to be processed to review my car. I had texted Kevin that would I be arriving around 12:20pm. I got there late myself at 12:45pm. Paper work was not ready.
I am not sure if my tires were rotated..Joseph said it would be done, but I'm just asking again if it was done. I would appreciate it if it was in writing.
