An impromptu meeting slowed the service and the system that provides the results of the multi point inspection was down.
I told the service advisor to reset the Interval for the service . Even after being told he never did it this is the second time I brought my car in and that it was not reset and my numbers were off when it came to frequency of oil changes . By not doing this my blue link was off on the interval.
Jay was very helpful and informative when it came to explaining the process of diagnostic testing. He took the time to answer all of my questions, which I appreciated. I felt reassured regarding my concerns. It was a positive and stress free experience.
Joe was very friendly and honest. He answered all my questions and resolved my problems w my Kona.

I drove 30 minutes to find out, after a 30 minute wait, that the parts needed to be ordered and I can drive 30 minutes home. I watered 1.5 hrs for no service. We I asked why I wasn’t informed about the parts not being in inventory prior to my appointment I was told it was due to the car needing inspection. I asked if the car was inspected, and JJ said no. So why did I have to drive there just to be turned away after spending 30 minutes at the service center. I haven’t revived a follow up call on the status of the parts, and I received texts saying the service was complete. This was a horrible experience. My last experience was also pretty bad, as was my previous one before that.
Appreciate the professionalism and got right to the point to help me get my car serviced properly.

Joseph was an amazing help!! Not only did he take care of the situation he really went above and beyond to help us! And was on top of our service making it really easy for us to get ETA on the vehicles recall updates. We would definitely love to work with him again and would recommend him! He made the process very easy, he was courteous, he was very honest and that to us is a big plus!

Jay was far better than most service advisors ive worked with. He was patient when needed during slow insurance response time, but moved quickly when stuff was ready. Both emails and txt msgs were well used

Joseph Flores was nice, heloful and polite. I was not happy with waiting almost 5 months for taillights. This is very unacceptable. I the next few months I will be purchasing a new vechile, but I WILL NOT purchase a Hyundai, very disappointed!!! If you need parts you are out of luck.
