I took a Saturday off, and went on because they said they had the parts…. Drove all the way there, dropped off the car spent money on Ubers and got a call saying, “Sorry, the parts are actually not here so we didn’t do any work….. I don’t blame Ricardo.. he was a nice guy and apologized, I’m guessing it was someone else’s mistake.. but really just not cool.

The lack of communication was unacceptable and made a 7-week warranty repair much more stressful. While I understand there are daily operations to contend with, a regular cadence for customer outreach should be standard for lengthy repair issues.
