I was very disappointed about how things went with my car. First of all, it totally broke down on me and I had to get it towed to the dealership as it was having issues I guess with one of the new recalls. Someone should’ve said that to me, so I didn’t worry until Monday when Jay called that this was not under warranty. Also, Jay assured me that he was going to call me before any work was done to my car. But instead he called me at almost noon telling me my car was done. This is not what he had said to me on Saturday and what we had agreed on . It is very disappointing that he did not talk to me in the morning to tell me what was going on and that he had work done to my car without me giving a final OK. This is very very unprofessional and I do not think I will be bringing my car back to the dealership as this is not the first time one of the people in the service department has done this.

Make an appointment at 8am get there by 7.45 checkin, Just need oil change service, I get out from service at 11.30. That me almost 4hours for simple oil change?

Joey was amazing and service was done in a very timely fashion. My issue was trying to get anybody to answer my phone calls. I tried many times and could never get an answer. I did finally leave a message and a Woman did call me and was very nice. She called right after I spoke with Joey and made my appointment. Just like last time my issue is that calling Cardinale Hyundai is worst that any utility or other service oriented companies. Again Joey was great and service was excellent.
