Takes to long for an oil change, my appointment was at 7:45am. I arrived and waited 3hours for an oil change, the service writer was very nice, the technician fort got to reset my service light, other than that everything else was okay
Disappointed with my appointment got nothing done a complete waste of time

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and my and I notice somes sounds when driving. Can please bring it back in today to make sure all the lug nuts are tightened? Going away for the weekend holiday.
