The staff onsite were great. However, I needed some diagnostic work done and now need to return later in the week. Also, when trying to make an appointment the front desk didn’t have any access to the system to properly support me and so I needed to go the back. Also, when I received the paper work the service writer did not explain all the work provided and so I had to proactive ask.
Do whatever you have to in order to keep Joseph! He is the best!
No need to call me to discuss all I will say is your service dept needs to b revamped retrained n b accountable for not doing there job u pay these mechanics good money n your clients depend on em to do quality work n it appears they did a half **** job on my ride on the recall visit this experience was the last visit for me I will honor the recall visits but I will check their work with another mechanic I lost trust in your business thanks n good day wish u all well
Yes, indeed extremely sufficient working on in a pressure environment taking care n graciously considerating on the time not having to wait to long getting my car ready for pick up. A very diligent, helpful, calm. He is a good asset for your company.

Joseph was great, as usual! I was somewhat confused that someone from Hyundai corporate called to schedule me an appointment well before my service was needed, there may have been some miscommunication.
To get checked In took way to long and to pick up my vehicle was also a wait . Don’t know if I will be returning

I asked for a complimentary service and trusted the representative to which I was tricked to pick an option that I did not want. I don't understand why Hyundai has its representatives do this when I already expressed what I wanted. Hyundai and it's representatives have lost my trust and now I'm out of hundreds of dollars turning the whole experience into a nightmare.

My wife and my 4 year old son had to wait for over 4 hours just for oil change and tire rotation that is just not acceptable
