I will never come back to your dealership ever again. The absolute worst service by everyone in your building. I even tried to speak to someone who was introduced as the general manager and even he couldn't make time to speak to me. Told me I had to wait 45 minutes to talk to him.
I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. The appointment date was 6/24/2024. It was a ABS safety recall for 2011 Elantra. When I arrived at services department at 7:45am, I was told that they have to order the parts in order to perform the recall.
I scheduled the appointment in early June. Services department had enough time to order the parts. I do not understand why they don't order the parts until I went there. It is wasting my time. The services associate Jayant Jussal did not even apologize for the inconvenience to me. Just like this is the way how they serve the customer. Although he said he would call me once the parts arrive, I don't believe I will receive a call from services department. I have to follow up myself. I will not go to this dealership for other vehicle services once the safety recall is complete.
The other thing is I do not believe if anyone reads my comments. It is like dropping a mail to the sea.
There wasn’t a problem with the service advisor, there was a problem with your dealership being double booked by appointments being made at your dealership as well as your Corporate office I understand for the dealership without either knowing. That caused the service driveway to be packed and the appointment I had at 10:30 came and went without being seen by my service advisor until a little after 11:30. There was no organization and staff seemed short handed. Somehow people with appointments after mine got seen by other service advisors before my appointment time which irked me. Also, my recall work almost didn’t get done after all that waiting because the service software system at Corporate was supposedly down. This is the second time that I have brought my car in for a recall part correction to be installed and both times I was told this about your Corporate office computer system software being down causing the work not to be done the first time until the next week or almost on this last visit. Also, don’t quite know what happened to Joey quitting or leaving your dealership when he was a great asset to your service department but I’m not happy that he isn’t there any longer.

The quality is going down at this location. Been coming here since 2019. Waited 26min yesterday before someone even SPOKE to me and I had an appointment. Hunter was not so great. My appt was with Jay, he wasn’t even around. Where is Joey? I bring my three cars here. I’ll give y’all one more chance before I start going to Glendale Hyundai. You can’t take hundreds of my dollars and be epically rude. Pick one.
Everything was great. Bought the car and a small paint chip had to be painted. Took it in and everything was fixed
Hunter was accommodating. I was completely satisfied with his customer service.
Really disappointed as I got overcharged for the service and received things I didn’t ask for. I came in for the $59 special oil and filter change and at the end of the day, after waiting almost 5 hours in the office, was handed a $140 bill and I paid it because I wanted to leave but there were a bunch of things that were added on that I had not agreed to and feel that I probably won’t return to this location.
Did not have the parts for the scheduled appointment.
Appointment set up and then the part needed for the recall was not available when I brought my car in. Need to make new appointment when the part is in. Very frustrating!!!

Mr. Jussal, was professional with his service. Explaining all steps needed to complete the job. Very personable.
I had an appointment for 10 am on Saturday and had to wait 45 mins to be seen by one of two service advisors. Once seen, advisor had incorrect information associated with my VIN. This has happened once before with a previous advisor. Waited for 3 hours for my car to have its oil changed and tires rotated.
