Too loud in the area where we interact with the service advisor. Music is way too high so makes it hard to concentrate and communicate well. Also no seating, just makes for an unsatisfactory customer experience. At least turn down the music. Also you have your service advisors pitching the “premium” service which isn’t really necessary. Customers want to pay less and get good basic service, not go for the premium service in vast manority of cases. The 3 tier system is really annoying. Thanks.
