I showed up to an appt to fix a recall. When booking my appt, the person told me they would order my part to make sure it was there for my appt. It was not there and I was not told to confirm before I came. My husband came with me to give me a ride. So it wasted both of our time since now we have to go back again. Better communication is appreciated.
Looking forward in going back for service. It was very pleasant the first time. Clean waiting room and coffee. Ricardo was very nice. And my car washed. An extra plus.

Service appointment was great.
Only issue is that there is a bunch of dog poop right outside the service department driveway. It smelled really bad when I got out of my car. Please ask your janitors to clean it up. Thank you.
