Yall lack communication skills, as well as transparency. I was promised a loaner but never got it when the dealership had my car for a month. Also some little things are missing from my car but I’m tired of going back and forth so I’ll just let it go. Joey was nice and tried to do his best to help.
Maintenance service was paid when we bought the automobile as part of our package. You charged us $700 for a payment we were supposed to get free. We will be seeking legal advice against you. This iserroneous!
