Matthew was great. My only suggestion would be that it’d be nice to offer coffee In the waiting room and maybe a vending machine?? I was there for three hours with nowhere to go and not even a cup of coffee.

The service team acknowledged the pictures I showed of the inverter fluid refill warning light, and showed me pictures they took explaining that the fluid did not look serviceable compared to another picture of a serviceable inverter fluid reservoir. Yet they would not proceed with flushing the inverter fluid because the warning light did not show up in their presence, citing policy for not doing what is obviously needed. Now I have to wait till the light to show up again and take it in before the service team is willing to do anything about it? I risk the cars battery overheating at the least, or burning up and killing me at the worst, just to prove what they already know? I repeat, they showed me pictures and said the fluid isn’t right!
I really like my Kona electric and the service received thus far, prior to change in management. Previous service managers were knowledgeable, personable, experienced and excelled in customer service. What I experienced recently was bureaucratic ineffectiveness and how to lose customer loyalty.

Completely messed up my car balance, they did a tire rotation and they car is making a sound on the front passenger side . Totally unacceptable

Mr Flores was kind and listened to my concerns I had a bad experience with a former employee and was considering going to another dealership. Mr Flores took the time to explain the situation and possible solutions. I also noticed the change of overall attitude displayed by other employees. They were friendly and attentive to myself and others
He was terrific. Kept me informed throughout. Always made sure I was taken care of.
I’m not expecting my car to be clean on the inside but at least wash the outside after a service.
