Hybrid Generator belt Is supposed to be changed at 64,000 miles unless there is severe use. I am at 28,000 and service wasrecommended and completed. I was not told that this service should not be done until double the mileage I am at. I paid For the service unnecessarily. Also paid unnecessarily for change in brake fluid which needed to be done at 48,000. this is what is written in the Manual/owners guide. Very frustrating.

I had taken my car last year for transmission service and after one year we notice that it was licking oil took it back today so you guys can fix the problem that you guys did and you guys didn’t want to because it had been a year. I have spend $80 thousand dollars at your dealership. I bought 2 cars from you guys. Never again I would be buying a Hyundai. You guys lost me as a costumer. Nothing was done today to my car so I don’t know why I’m getting this email when you guys didn’t service my car. You guys wanted me to pay $230 to check what the problem was but it was the work that was not done correctly on your part.

Jay was my service provider and, as usual, he is great. Very professional, plain spoken, and diligent in monitoring the progress of work being done on the vehicle. If you had a 10 point scale of satisfaction, Jay warrants an 11.

Promised time and service, waited extra time and not washed and waited another extra time too. No professional services, main desk (cashier) charged extra money and she told me that refund check will be mailed to me in week ( why not refund back to credit card at that time) So I need to wait for mail . I’m thinking next service too

Julio Bernal is a new face to me at the Service Department because i knew the person that used to served me that Julio have now. Julio is very nice, knowledgeable and explained well why i need the additional services. Julio is way more better than the previous service advisor. Job well done. See you next time.

Joseph is awesome.. he help me to get by repair done.. I was there prior to Joseph helping me and another one of your tech was not helpful at all and I was very disappointed. I called and got ahold of Joseph and he was great and help me. If it was not for him I would not recommend your business.. You have an great associate.. I purchased new 2023 Santa Fe from your dealership and had a 2:30 appointment for first service . Recall I was given first two services on vehicle at time of purchase but turns out it was not in computer purchase notes . Very disappointed but was willing to go forward with service because I took my 1 day off a week to drive to your dealership to ensure I take the time to follow Hyundai service suggestions . Following Factory service advice . I waited 2 hours to have vehicle returned with job incomplete !!! Charging customers for work not performed is very disturbing and has caused me trust issues going forward with future service issues . Was told tires were rotated but after looking at tires before leaving I noticed front right tire which had a cut on sidewall which Iam responsible for week after purchasing vehicle was still on front right side . Wow !!!!! Mechanic was already off and nowhere to be found to question why work was not performed and car was being returned to me as if work was done . Answer is clear he was ending his shift and thought no one would notice . My first experience servicing my new vehicle was horrible and will have to think twice before I recommend or return to El Monte Hyundai . No problems with device advisor . I hate to think what it will be like in future with using the extended warranties I purchased at time of purchase . Please do a better job in future to assure customers work is performed and fully satisfied with your customer service efforts. Thank you .
