Matt was great, drove in from LA because the service departments there are so terrible, but I was given back my vehicle by the time I was promised!

I had a 9 am appointment. I got there around 9:05. They made me wait a really long time to check in. And, then, they didn’t even start on my car until 11:30 am. This was just for a standard service. The last few times I went for service at your dealership, I was there for only an hour. This time, I was there for more than 3-1/2 hours — for a standard service. Going to your dealership is not worth the 25 minutes each way if it’s not easy and efficient. I won’t be back for service.
Joey mentioned a car wash to make it up, and they washed it which from my point of view just made me wait there even a longer. My time is far more valuable to me than a car wash.
Matt Lopez is not very responsive. My issue with my car has not been resolved.
My car only has 6800 miles, and I was coming in for my free oil change. I didn’t really appreciate the attempt for the upsell! Not that he was persistent about it, but I didn’t appreciate the mention of it at all! I don’t think a car with only 6800 miles needs servicing!!!!!
I had an appointment, but was waiting there in the waiting room for 6 hours. I think that is too long.

You informed me by mail u had the recall part and make an appointment. U did not have the part and i have to come back. When i called to make the appointment and said it was for recall perhaps one should have said let me check if its here. I have no complaints with Kevin .
