My front end was damaged in service. Matthew texted me the following day with a lousy response and no resolution for the $1000+ in damage. He assured me he would treat the situation like it was his own car. I guess he doesn’t value himself too much.

I took my car in to repair some wiring damage from rodents and Matthew took the time to answer all of my questions and even showed me where all of the damage was occurring within my engine bay. He gave me some tips on how I can prevent this from occurring in the future and was extremely helpful.
