The two guys that help me they were really nice. I was a little concerned about the Communication was not good between them. They didn’t know anything about my appointment or my key. Management did not told them anything.

Also to add on to my previous statement, no one wants to take any accountability for the wrongful service done. It doesn’t matter whether it was you or not, the service was done by Hyundai, your company. The management especially needs to review their customer service. They only represent themselves. They do not view Hyundai as a whole and let all kinds of horrible service go unchecked. AND, no one can find records of all my previous services done to my vehicles. Just a summary with no details?! Irresponsible. What a scam like tactic.

I am very satisfied with Joseph's and Omar's customer service and work. I'm only disappointed that the car was returned with a door ding and paint chip in the driver's door that wasn't there when the car was dropped off from service.

I heard a lady said she didn’t have appointment and she went before me. I had a 8:15 am appointment and i got there on time. I ended up waiting 3 hrs when the person told me it was supposed to be 1.5 hrs. What’s the point of making appointments. I would have been the first one there had I known it was first come first. That’s 3 hrs I can’t get back. This is all I have to say. No need to call me I won’t pick up.

Joey was great but the appointment took too long to just check the fuse (2 hours). I have to still come back and they had mentioned it would basically take 5 hours when I schedule the next appt after the part is ordered, but did not offer a loaner or ride share compensation. I went to corporate and filed a claim so when I do go back I will have a case to start compensation for a ride share as that is ridiculous for me to drop off the car and expect me to stay there for 5 hours or more.
