Service Rep Julio Berna made sure all of my questions are answered, expectations met and lay out all the services available to me, but also discuss which one is more important to be done first. He is very helpful and understands the customer’s concern.

I repeatedly had difficulty getting accurate information about the status of my vehicle, access to a loaner or rental vehicle while my car was repaired. I was told to call my warranty company to arrange approval for a car rental, was denied, was then offered a loaner which was not available when I went in for my appointment. This was upsetting and therefore I was irritated during subsequent conversations. When I finally got my car repaired, Ii was told it would be ready by Tuesday the 29th. I received no call so I called and was told it would still another day or 2. I informed the dealership that I was going to out of town and would now need to pick up my car on Monday the 4th. I kept getting calls from the dealership to pick up my car and even heard Matt say “well I’m calling you so you don’t get mad”. Unfortunately my experience was not good, you need to improve how you file information. If Matt was out, no one else could tell me what was going on with my file. Hard to understand how information can’t be updated in your computer system. In addition, I have been receiving calls from your dealership to “remind me that my car is due for service when it is not. This seems like a dishonest practice to get people to bring their car in when it is not due. Needless to say, I will never return to this establishment.

Arrived with an appointment for simple vehicle service like: oil change, tire rotation, and top off all fluids over 3 hours is kind of ridiculous. If I were updated or texted about the delay that would have been appreciated but no. I have was not given any call or text about the delay. Very poor communication from service advisor to customer.

I picked up my car on 10.31.24 and the alignment is off. 2nd issue my air conditioner is blowing hot air this is not acceptable. I have left a message for Julio Bernal and waiting for a call.

After picking the serviced car up, I found the car oddly leaking oil from the bottom. After further inspection, I found that the leakage was from excess oil coming through the access panel to the oil filter and drain. Also, I found that one of the retainer clips of the panels were missing. Furthermore, the oil was all over the exterior of the panel and even more in the interior, leaving a mess that I had to clean up to prevent any more leaking. I was not satisfied with this sloppy service.

1st visit to take care of 2 recalls couldn’t be done because parts were not in stock. Which is fine. Rep stated they will order them and call me. Never got the call. Had to call in myself. Was told parts were in so set up appointment for next day at 10am. It didn’t matter, I was treated like a walkin and work on car didn’t not start until 1pm. Car was done at 5pm. But one of the recalls was not fixed but was told it was. Except I could tell. Went back in and rep went to talk to mechanic. Came back and told me that a part was not in and was ordered again. This was last Friday. Still no call back about the new part that was supposed to be ordered the first time. Completely lack of respect for other peoples time.

I could not receive an estimate of how long my car would take to repair because the part needed (thermostat) for the repair had no tracking information, so I was told. The part had to be ordered. I find it hard to believe that a manufacturer or courier service is unable to provide tracking information on a shipment for a part. Whenever I purchase anything online, I’m able to see tracking information for that purchase. This meant that I had to check in periodically with Joey to see if my car was ready in order to book my car rental for the right amount of days. Other than this, getting the repair done was easy and straightforward.

I Was able to call in the morning to squeeze in car service while I was at a conference nearby. Kevin got me in easily and took care if everything while I was at the conference. Was done before the end of the day and he made it easy to pick up and get out the dooor.

Kevin was professional and courteous. Thank you for not making me feel pressured into getting the recommended service which I’m still thinking about! Also very happy to have a female service manager, had the pleasure of meeting her and overall just very nice! Thank you all for the service provided for us customers! Only complaint I had was the expense of windshield wipers!! Oh well needed them and I don’t shop on my own these days ! ????
