I was treated with patience and respect from Mr. Cuevas, he explained what would be checked on my car, asked if I wanted to schedule an oil change and I said I would call for an appointment . He even walked me to the car!! Very pleased and will return for any maintenance, thank you!!

The job was well done and Matthew was attentive but after my car was done, the wait for my car just to have it washed was a bit long.

After I had the two rear tires changed, the next day, the tires sensor light came on and stayed on, I am not very happy. My time is very limited and I have to bring the car back to see why the tires sensor light keeps staying on.

Hello,
I went in to have the driver door lock cylinder replaced with a new one. I was under the impression that the whole part would be fixed not just the lock. Unfortunately the cap was removed because of the attempted break in of my vehicle. I called before hand to see if the part was available and the agent informed me it was in stock. After waiting for my vehicle I see the cap was not placed on the door handle lock, which made it hard to open the vehicle without it. I was displeased with the unfinished work and surprised that the agent would charge me another $30 with labor I assume to add on the cap, which I thought I was initially going in for in the first place. That would result in 2 different repairs which would hike the price of service even more than I already paid. Hopefully this can be resolved, and as a loyal customer I hope to continue receiving valuable service at this location.
