I am giving an excellent review for Joseph Flores my service advisor who took care of me while I was there … he’s excellent professional kind courteous in every way.. thank you Joey!!! And for Paulina, who assisted over the phone in scheduling my appointment.. she is also a GEM!! In regards to the service completed he took care of a lot of extras for me however there’s a rattle in the back of my car which wasn’t there before so I’ll be calling about.

I took my Hyundai Sonata to Cardinale Hyundai for routine service and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, Steven Cuevas, was friendly and professional, making me feel welcomed and valued. He was efficient, and kept me updated on the progress of my vehicle. He thoroughly explained the maintenance needed and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. My car was ready on time, and it was returned to me in perfect condition. I really appreciate the high level of customer care and quality service at Cardinale Hyundai.

I was disappointed that it took an hour to check in for my service. Also, I did not appreciate that I was able to hear employees talking about me as they walked away.

1) The technician did not rotate the tires as stated in the service report. 2) I had to wait over an hour to check in even I had made an appointment.
