Requested to put air in my tiresand rotation and tire pressure is the same for all bedore and after so it looks like neither was done.

Was not helpful at all when I got my car 4 hour the oil tag that they put up in windows wasn't done Walmart dose a better job then these people do

I absolutely appreciate all that Julio Bernal and Diana Samano did for me. They as well as the other Staff members made me feel welcomed and I felt they were very honest. I have found my NEW DEALERSHIP for all future services. Thank you all.
We brought the car in at 7:10 am this morning for service. We didn’t hear back until late afternoon and had questions about what was being recommended to be changed.
In total, it was almost $3,000 dollars worth of potential charges with the main charge being almost 900 dollars. We obviously had questions about this and it took numerous phone calls and voicemails to finally have someone tell us they would help us out instead of our advisor. Kevin was very nice, don’t get me wrong, but why was it so difficult to get someone to call us back in a timely manner? We waited almost an hour and a half and finally someone just said they would try to help us.
The recommended fix was to change a gasket and put sealant to help with my issue and this was going to cost me almost $1,000 dollars. Just the diagnostic alone was $230.00. I basically gave up my car for the entire day to be told I need sealant.
The service reps have always had the same issue but 9/10 I’m not even acknowledged when I walk in, so you end up awkwardly watching the advisors push papers and not even look up to say something like “we’ll be right with you.”
And they’re not on the same page. When I came to pick up my car the individual I spoke to said my car was still being worked on. Which was incorrect, it was already sitting out in the lot. I literally had to pass it to get to the service door.
So I kindly let them know my car was parked outside, and they went to go get the paperwork from someone, but had I not noticed this who knows if my wait would’ve been even longer.
Unfortunately service here has always just been mediocre, but to see all these recommended “services” tacked on for an additional 2 grand is outrageous. One of the charges was new spark plugs. We just replaced mine a week ago. Is someone actually looking at my car to see if the things they’re recommending are even needed?
I come here a lot and they do have different receptionists, but I do want to mention that Kevin was very helpful, speaks very kind and friendly. He helped me to understand what are my options very well. He is great with customers. Thank you Kevin Molina. I will be back for my next service.

You completely took advantage of a young college student by strongly suggesting he should choose the deluxe service option over the basic service option for his 25K mile service. This included unnecessary additions, one being a deodorizer service, at the cost of an additional $200! Not customer friendly business practices. Very disappointing.

The biggest issue by far although the overall experience wasn't great is that the technician left black handprints all over the interior of my car, some of which are not removable even after I tried cleaning. Now, I may have to turn it in dirty to the lessor.
I hope someone can clean these stains to remedy the issue. Thanks.
