Joseph was nice and patient with processing my service request. Communicated with me and let me know when my car was ready.
Very long line at appointment time. Was at dealership nearly four hours. Very expensive 30,000 mile service ($230/hour!). And, besides the oil change, the most important part to be replaced (a belt) is on order! So, will I have to spend another four hours there?
I waited 6 days before I got a quote on hiw much it will cost to fix the cloth on my sunroof. I already told my advisor what the problem was, but still had to pay $230 for a diagnostic. I had to leave my car there for 6 days. He told me maybe 2-3 days max. I had to call to get an answer on the situation, no text, no calls to let me know what's going on. All I got was we are really short handed. Wow!!Been taking my car here for 10 years. You guys officially lost all my business.

A year ago, I had to come to the dealer because one of the two keys that they gave me in 2022 when I bought the Elantra car did not work, it was not activated and I knew why the key that I always use was accidentally forgotten out of USA. A very bad experience, I spent almost 400 dollars to bring the car with a tow truck to the dealer and Uber too, the maintenance person told me to bring the key so they could activate it, now a year later I do it and they tell me they have to charge me 230 dollars for activating a useless key that the same dealer gave me at the time of signing the contract and they tell me that he blames me for not checking the 2 keys when I signed the contract. I think that I am making a purchase of 30 thousand dollars from this place, I hope that at least they deliver everything to me in perfect working order or at least that they take responsibility for the mistakes that they make. Another terrible experience with this dealer.
